Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our experienced and compassionate team, you will be responsible for undertaking estate planning work. This includes handling a spectrum of tasks, from simple to complex testamentary trust Wills to the preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney. You will also be involved in superannuation deed advice, the preparation of binding death benefit nominations, VCAT work, obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, and Estate Administration.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years post admission experience in Wills & Estates.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Solid drafting skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong prioritisation skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Aptitude for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
