Jemma McInnes is a dedicated member of our firm, serving as a Legal Assistant in the Wills & Estates department.

With her many years of customer service experience, Jemma excels at understanding clients’ needs and delivering exceptional support. Her warm and compassionate approach, combined with an unwavering commitment to going above and beyond for both clients and colleagues, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Jemma’s proactive nature and strong work ethic ensure that every task is handled with care and precision, reflecting her deep sense of responsibility and pride in her work.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration, which she completed in 2012. This academic background gives Jemma a solid foundation in legal principles, further enhancing her ability to contribute to the firm’s success.

Jemma thrives on the dynamic aspects of her role, appreciating that no two days are ever the same, and views each day as an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others.

Originally from Western Victoria, Jemma spent 15 years in Melbourne after university before relocating to Geelong in 2023 to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, catching up with friends, and staying grounded through regular Pilates at her local studio.
