Joinery Measure and Build
The week kicked off with conducting precise measurements for all custom-built joinery pieces. At Paramount Commercial Interiors, attention to detail is indeed paramount, and the team has been meticulous in ensuring that every piece aligns perfectly with the overall design of our new office space. This precision guarantees that all elements will fit seamlessly, contributing to a cohesive and polished work environment.
Plastering Ceilings and Walls
The plastering team has been working diligently on the ceilings throughout the office. This essential step is nearly complete, setting the stage for the upcoming painting phase. In addition to the ceiling work, the walls for our new meeting rooms have been constructed, creating defined spaces that will soon become hubs for collaboration and client meetings. The newly constructed walls are allowing us to really get a sense of the defined spaces that will soon be bustling with office activity.
Fire Sprinkler Adjustments
This week, the focus was on adjusting the fire sprinklers in the office areas and kitchen. The existing system was outdated, and these crucial modifications ensure optimal coverage and bring the system up to current safety standards. These updates are essential for the protection of our team and visitors, and they reflect our unwavering commitment to creating a safe and secure working environment.
Glass Measurement
In preparation for the installation of glass panels, the team conducted precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit. These glass panels will play a key role in the modern aesthetics of our office, allowing natural light to flow through the entire space while maintaining a sense of openness and transparency.
Trowelling Plaster and Floor Power Boxes
As the plastering work advanced, the final trowelling was completed to smooth out surfaces in preparation for painting.
