Debbie Lear

With over 40 years of experience in the legal industry, Debbie brings invaluable expertise to the WJM team, particularly in Estate Administration and Probate law. After working as a Personal Assistant to senior partners at one of Geelong’s leading law firms, Debbie joined WJM in 1987. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail, commitment to thoroughness, and ability to handle complex matters with care.

As a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria), Debbie’s experience spans the full spectrum of probate and conveyancing work. She is dedicated to guiding clients through challenging times, offering not only professional knowledge but also understanding and reassurance.

When not in the office, Debbie enjoys her adventures as a "grey nomad," embracing the flexibility to explore new places and experiences while remaining connected with the team and continuing to provide support as needed.

Our office is located at Level 2, 100 Brougham St, Geelong. Parking is available on the front of the building or on the adjoining streets.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the ground floor lobby and dial 201 on the intercom to the left of the lifts. Our Reception will then grant you access to the lifts.
