Lorraine graduated from Deakin University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and subsequently went on to discover her passion for law. Lorraine graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2002 and was admitted to the Supreme Court in the same year. Lorraine subsequently undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Skills & Ethics at Monash University in 2003. Lorraine worked in the family law section of a Melbourne CBD firm for over a decade prior to joining WJM in March 2015. Lorraine offers her clients the benefit of knowledge and expertise accumulated over many years of exclusive practise in the family law field. Lorraine is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for each of her clients.

Lorraine volunteers at the Barwon Community Legal Service, is a member of the Geelong Law Association and a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. Lorraine undertakes much of her own court appearance work and has well developed advocacy and negotiation skills. As a parent, Lorraine understands the challenges facing parties who separate with children and the need to formulate a parenting arrangement which promotes the best interests of the children. For parties without children, it is equally as important to arrive at an arrangement whereby a just and equitable outcome is achieved which enables people to move forward with their lives.
Lorraine’s interests outside of work include Ballroom and Latin American dancing, reading and travel.
